Shipping, Returns, and FAQs
How long does my order take to ship?
Most items are made to order, so please allow 5–10 days for me to create and prep your order. I always do my best to get things out as quickly as possible.
Once shipped, delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2–8 days, depending on location, weather, and general USPS vibes.
Shipping Rates
$5 Flat Rate shipping, FREE shipping on orders over $50, FREE local pickup in Boise, ID.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time — I currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
My order says “delivered” but I don’t see it. What should I do?
If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package is MIA, here are a few quick things to check:
• Your mailbox, porch, side door, or back door
• Any parcel lockers your carrier might use
• With neighbors or anyone in your household
• The shipping address on your order
Carriers sometimes misdeliver to a nearby address or scan early, and packages often turn up within a day or two.
If it’s still nowhere to be found, email me at TheMullinixCollective@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery scan with your order number. I’ll help you investigate and file a missing-mail search on my end.
While Mullinix Collective isn’t responsible for packages once they’re marked delivered by the carrier, lost, delayed, or damaged, I will always do my best to help you find a solution.
I cannot replace or refund orders due to carrier issues, but I’m happy to provide any necessary documentation to help during the claim process through USPS.
What is your return policy?
Because most Mullinix Collective items are made to order or produced in small batches, I’m not able to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please double-check sizing, color choices, and product details before checking out. Each listing includes as much info as possible so you know exactly what you’re getting.
If you’re unsure about anything at all, feel free to email me before placing your order. I’m always happy to help you make the right call.
Exceptions & issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a genuine issue, please email me within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. I’ll always do my best to make it right.
Do you take custom orders or commissions?
At this time, I am NOT taking custom orders/commissions.
This includes crochet items, special 3D print requests, and one-off custom designs.
As a one-woman show juggling all parts of this brand, I’m currently focusing on creating and releasing the items you see available on my site. This may change in the future — but for now, customs are closed so I can keep things manageable and fun.
Can I update my address after ordering?
Yes! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email me ASAP at TheMullinixCollective@gmail.com and I’ll update your address.
If the order has already shipped, USPS won’t allow address changes, but we can go through missing-mail options if needed.
Do your 3D printed items have drainage?
Each listing explains whether the planter has:
• No drainage
• Drainage + saucer
• Drainage + saucer + wall-mount kit
Because every item is 3D printed in-house, features vary by design. If you’re unsure, feel free to email me!
Do you offer gift messages?
Yes! Leave a note at checkout and I’ll include a handwritten message in your order.
IMPORTANT ORDER DETAILS
If I need clarification on your order and don’t receive a response within a few days, I may have to cancel it—I can’t move forward without your confirmation.

COMBINED SHIPPING
I do offer combined shipping! If you place multiple orders across different days, your ship time may extend so I can send everything together. You will be refunded ASAP for any additional shipping you were charged on the separate orders unless your order has already been shipped.
If you’d rather have items shipped separately, just reach out and let me know so your order doesn’t get held up.
